Author Stephen M. Crotts does an excellent job of relating the plights of the psalmists with those same issues facing us today. Though separated by hundreds of years, Crotts demonstrates how we share similar thoughts, feelings and concerns. He uses scripture from Psalms to show where God’s children fit in, how to take care of our spiritual and physical bodies, how to live at peace, and how to worship our God.

Those desiring a closer walk with God will definitely find some time proven and sound advice. It is a great way to open that door to sharing God’s Word when comforting a friend, co-worker or neighbor.

This book is the perfect companion to every Christian’s library.
