The author has done a wonderful job of writing scenarios that any young person can relate to and will cause them to think. Each meditation begins with an appropriate Bible verse, a Favorite Quotation, Words to Ponder, What I Can Think, What I Can Do, a Prayer and a Question to Ponder.

Because the stories are relevant, this book of meditations should appeal to this age group and prompt some interesting discussions. Or it could be used by an individual young person.

Highly recommended.
