Author: Edward T. Cook Title: Murders Do Not Come By Accident Publisher: PageFree Publishing, Inc. Reviewer: W. H. McDonald, Jr. – AAA Founder Good Plot and Unusual Murder Methods! Author Edward T. Cook has come up with an entertaining plot for his murder mystery book “Murders Do Not Come By Accident.” The novel starts right off with the action when what appears to be the accidental death of a college student, killed by an antler from a deer out in the wilds. However, after a series of “accidental deaths” that all seem to have the same connection to one certain college professor, we end up with a very good detective story. It is well written but has some flawed format editing issues, which distracts somewhat from the fine story as it flows along for the reader. If the reader can just ignore this obvious flaw to an otherwise good tale, then they will enjoy the book. The unusual and quite original plot is enhanced by the author's personal knowledge of police work and procedures, making for a very authentic sounding read.
